POP-UPS AND MEDFAIR

Some Web sites include pop-up windows that open automatically when you visit and/or leave a page. MedFair makes extensive use of pop-ups to enhance your visit to the site.

Many browsers now include special pop-up blocking utilities. If your browser is set to block all pop-ups, you will not be able to use MedFair. Some browsers allow you to specify sites from which pop-ups are allowed, while others have global settings.

The version of Internet Explorer included with Windows XP SP2 includes a pop-up blocker that by default blocks most pop-ups. The blocker allows you to stop blocking pop-ups from specific Web sites.

MedFair.com makes use of safe pop-up windows, which will not harm your computer. Step-by-step illustrated instructions for setting Internet Explorer to allow pop-up windows from MedFair are provided below.

To allow pop-ups from MedFair, locate the “Tools” menu near the top of the browser, then select “Pop-up Blocker.”

From the "Pop-up Blocker" menu, select “Pop-up Blocker Settings.”

The "Pop-up Blocker Settings" dialog box will open with a blank field near the top. Enter "http://www.medfair.com" in this field.

Click the “Add” button to the right of the field.

MedFair’s Internet address will be moved to the "Allowed sites" display area. This allows your browser to maintain its current security levels while allowing pop-up windows from MedFair.

Click the “Close” button at the bottom of the window to complete the process. Pop-up windows from MedFair will now be allowed on your computer.
